Microsoft Word 2016 – Level 2

Skills learned in this course can be used with Word 2010 and Word 2013.

The emphasis of this in-depth, hands-on 1-day Word 2016 course is document formatting – including the ever-elusive understanding of the program’s notorious Section Breaks. A newsletter-type assignment enforces theories learned – with tips for editing and efficiency. Students should have taken our Level 1 Word course and/or be very familiar with Word’s basic functions.

Hot Tip: You have decorated some text and you wish to apply the same formatting to another piece of text in your document. Use the Format Painter: click the mouse inside the already-formatted text, click the Format Painter button on the toolbar, then select the text (the mouse appears as a paintbrush) that you want to decorate. Presto. The two pieces of text are now identical. This is just one of the many tips that you learn in our 1-day computer training course.

If you think these topics are a bit too advanced, try out Level 1 course – even long-term users are surprised by how much they learn in our 1-day CORE course.
